KNIVES BY CHARLES guarantees our knives against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original owner. (Some woods may shrink slightly over the years, so this is not considered a defect.)

If a knife fails without abuse, we will repair or replace it promptly without additional cost to the owner (except for shipping).
